Learning in this browser
Lessons can be used without an account. The app saves learning progress and preferences in browser storage. Certificate names entered on this device are also remembered locally. Other people using the same browser may be able to see this information. Clearing site data removes local progress and preferences.
Connected services
This version does not upload lesson progress, sandbox layouts or feedback to an account database. Hosting and service providers may still process connection information such as IP addresses and browser details. Using lessons without an account does not mean no information leaves your device.
Videos and external content
Videos are hosted by HeyGen and other configured providers. The homepage introduction loads when you choose to watch it; other lesson videos may load as you open a lesson. Loading external content connects your browser to its provider. Google Fonts is also used to display website text.
Previous accounts and contacting us
This version has no login, profile or classroom portal. Information supplied to an earlier version is not automatically deleted by this change. Contact us about earlier records. If you email us, your message and contact details are received through our email service.
Questions and requests
Contact us to ask what personal information we hold, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy complaint. Include enough information to identify your request, but do not send passwords. Details about provider locations and retention can be requested from us; this page does not claim that all processing occurs in Australia.
